Snow Tubing

Hi guys! So last night I went snow tubing with my family and today I'm going to tell you all about it.

So we went to Whitetail and it has snow tubing, skiing, and snow boarding. We got there at 6:48 and we stayed for two hours. It was super fun. There was I think ten different rows. The only thing I didn't like was that the conveyor belt that pulls you to the top was so slow! But anyway you could attach your tubes together up to four people. We did all kinds of crazy slides.

Each row has some steep hills I think there is two on each of them. For kids 2to 4 there was a kiddie hill. We did all kinds of crazy fun ways. Mom and Dad crashed into the giant air bags once. You could either lay on your back or on your stomach. I mostly did it on my back but sometimes I did it on my stomach.

I think when you go on your stomach it's more fun. The more weight you have the faster and farther you go. So the second to last on we did was Mom, Dad, Ashton, and I and my little brother went alone. You are normally aloud to have five at a time but it was to icy when we went.

I had a really fun time and we went for one of my moms birthday presents!

The Percy Jackson Books

The Percy Jackson Books (Spoiler)

Hi guys, so today I am going to be writing about the book series I'm reading.

So the books are all about Percy Jackson, the half son of Poseidon. They call the kids who are half-god half bloods. So in each book Percy has a mission. In the first book his mission is to save his mother from the Underworld. In the end Percy fails to save his mother but Hades was forgiving and gave her back. So Percy goes on a dangerous trip throughout the book and brings his friends Annabeth and Grover. Annabeth is another half blood daughter of Athena and Grover is a satyr.



In the second book they go to save a tree that protects all the half bloods from the monsters. The tree was a gift from Zeus when his daughter Thalia died. So they go to get the Golden Fleece. In the third book Percy goes with the hunters to rescue Annabeth and Artemis, the goddess of hunt.

In the fourth book Percy, Annabeth, Grover, and Tyson go into the labyrinth to try and stop Kronos's army from getting into the camp. At the end of the book Kronos rises and the half bloods go into war with his army. At the end the book the half bloods won, but only delayed Kronos. Last, in book five (witch I just started reading) is about Kronos and his army going full out war against the gods of Olympus.

So I recommend these books a lot, I really love them and they are very interesting.

Hi guys. Today I am going to talk to you guys about my little brother Alex.

He really likes playing with his Legos so sometimes I help him. In the summer we really like to play Nerf guns outside. He also likes being in the pool with us. Sometimes I'll play with his action figures with him. He also likes active games like ninja and tag. Sometimes we play hide and go seek or we play with our airplanes outside. Sometimes I read him books. I also teach him how to do crafts

He can get pretty annoying. He currently sleeps in the living room because we are soon going to renovate the my old bedroom which will then be his. So now he thinks he can say get out of my room when we go into the living room. When you walk into a room with him he will put his whinny voice on and yell what! Sometimes, when he annoys Ashton and I and we shove him a little bit then he will throw himself on the floor and fake cry to get our parents attention.    

We don't talk too much throughout the day. I don't see him to often especially on weekdays. He gets home around five and then we go to the gym for an hour. When we get home we eat pretty much eat straight away so we don't have a lot of time together and after dinner it's chores, reading, or watching a movie.

So that's my Alex blog even though he is very annoying, he's still my little brother.

A Few Of My Favorite Things

A Few Of My Favorite Things

Hi guys! Today I am going to be doing a "get to know me better" blog. I'm going to tell you guys my top 10 favorite things in my life starting at ten and going to one.

So for number ten I choose movies. I mostly like horror, comedy, and chic flics. Some of my favorite movies are Monte Carlo, Sound of Music (comment if you get the tittle), Anchorman, and Alien.

For number nine I choose hair things. I like just messing around with my hair but I'm not very good at it so most of the time I just wear it down.

For number eight I choose zebras. My room is decorated in everything zebra print and the theme of it is black and white. I have two zebra pillows, a zebra blanket, a huge stuffed zebra named Martin, a zebra printed bean bag chair, and a zebra printed stuffed owl. That's right, I said zebra printed owl.

For number seven I chose lip gloss. My favorite are the Lancôme Juicy Tubes, I also really want to try some Mac ones.

For number six I chose shopping. I love shopping and just looking at things. It's too bad that the mall we have here is pretty bad and run down. I prefer the Tyson's Corner Mall in Virginia.

Then for number five I chose clothes. I love clothes and I also love shopping for them. My dad thinks I have too much but his superhero shirt collection is bigger ;).

For number four I chose Lush Cosmetics. Lush is a homemade cosmetic brand. Now when I say cosmetics I mean like lotion, bath bombs, massage bars, shower gels, soaps, and things like that. Anyway it's amazing and I really want to try out a ton of their stuff. (That's another reason it love the Tyson's Corner Mall so much is because Lush is a pretty rare store and they have one in Tyson's.)

Number three is owls. I love owls! They are so cute. I got some white feathery ones for Christmas from my grandparents and I love them! I also have two owl puzzles and a lip balm.

For number two I choose friends. My best friends name is Sarah and she is amazing!

Then number one is family! I love my family and that means parents, grandparents, brothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, and more!

So yea that's my "get to know me better" blog!

Great Grandad's 90th Birthday

Great Grandad's 90th Birthday

Hi guys! Today I am going to talk about my Great Grandad's 90th birthday party that was held on Saturday.

So Saturday was a good day. My Great Grandad turned 90 so we all went up to visits him and have a party. The party started at 11:30 and was supposed to end at 2:00 but we left at 3:30 because we were having fun. We just hung out a while and had lunch. My Aunt Robyn brought rocket balloons that all us great grand kids were setting of. When we let them go they would fly around and scream. We also took a lot of family photos.

Then at around 3:30 we all left and went to the after party. We'll not all of us only my grandparents, there sisters family, there sons family, us, and my aunts family. Anyway when we were there we again just hung out a while. We all talked a lot. About camping and the new cars the adults had got and the ones they already had. All the cousins except for me were downstairs minecrafting. (All the cousins and brothers were boys so I was the only girl my generation.)

Then we settled down and had dinner and desert. So of course the adults stuck us at the kitchen table and ate together in the living room. We had a ton of food. Then we went back to what we did before. The boys down stairs, the rest talking. I went and started playing with Bailey, the dog. My grandma and aunt were doing the dishes. Then at around seven we pretty much all went home.

I had a great time and happy birthday to my great grandad!!

New room #3

New Room #3

Hi guys so today I'm doing an update on my new room! It's going super great!

Let's start with the color paint what I did for my paint was two walls white and two walls mint green. I think it's really pretty! Originally I was going to go with either pink or lavender but when I got to the store I liked the mint better. Then my hard wood flooring is just a light brownish color.

My bedding is amazing! It's a black striped comforter with black and white pillows and a zebra printed throw. I also have a matching zebra bean bag chair. My closet is about three fourths of the way full. I also have a shoe rack in there. Then in the bottom of my closet I have three draws that contain things you don't hang up like pajamas and shorts.

Ok then we have my gorgeous vanity! It was moms when she was my age. It was antique before she got it though. It is very old but super pretty and I love it! It has a huge awesome mirror and two drawers on each side. My mom ordered my a stool to go under it but right now I'm using a folding chair.

So those are basically the main things I have in my room so far. I'm going to get a desk and I have a white bookcase in there. I really love my new room!!
