My 3 Day Weekend

Hi. Today I will tell you about my 3 day weekend. First I will talk about Christmas in Sheperdstown. Second I will talk about going to Uncle Mario's house. Last I will talk about going to Sarah's house. That is what I will talk about this blog post.

So the Christmas in Shepherdstown. On Friday we went to Sheperdstown for a Christmas celebration with Uncle Mario, Rebecca, and Sophia. They are family friends. When we got there a lady read the Grinch and The Night Before Christmas over a loud speaker. Then there was the tree lighting and Santa riding into town on his sleigh. When all that was over you could sit on Santa's lap, but none of us did. Instead we just looked around the little stores. After that I went with Mario, Rebecca, and Sophia to their house.

When I got to their house Sophia went to bed and about an hour after, I did too. The next morning, when I came downstairs, I ate breakfast. I had a pumpkin-cranberry muffin. I played with Sophia for a while after that and then we went to Target to get Christmas tree decorations. We got gold and silver ribbon first. Then we got silver ornaments. After that we went back to their house and decorated the tree. At 2:00 Uncle Mario took me to Sarah's house for a sleepover/birthday party.

When I got to Sarah's house we went upstairs to her room and talked for a while. Then we went back downstairs and she opened my present. She loved them! After a while the other girls came and we had dinner. After dinner we went to the movies and saw Rise of the Guardians. It was a great movie!!! Next we went back to Sarah's house and had ice-cream sundays. Then, and this is my favorite part, we did blind makeovers. It was really fun. After that we went to bed. The next morning we had eggs and sausage. My mom came right after breakfast so I said goodbye and left.

That was my awesome 3 day weekend!! My favorite part was at Sarah's house. Christmas in Sheperdstown was beautiful. Shopping at Target with Rebecca was really fun!! Blind makeovers and the movie were my favorite parts of the party.

Chambersburg Christmas Parade

Hi. Today I will tell you about the Chambersburg Christmas parade that we went to last night.


Last night we went to a Christmas parade in Chambersburg. First we saw stuff like the mayor and advertisements, boring stuff like that. Then we saw baton twirlers, marching bands, dance teams, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and things like that.



My favorite part of the parade was the baton twirlers and hot chocolate. Daddy's was me. Moms was when we moved to the town square. Alex won't tell me what his is. Ashton's was looking at the Jesus that had a buzz-cut.



We didn't stay the hole time because we got tired of standing and we were cold. That was a bummer because we didn't get to see Santa and the tree lighting. It was pretty fun I hope we go again next year.



That was the Chambersburg parade. I will write more next weekend about Thanksgiving.





Another malfunction.

Thanksgiving Party

Hi. Today I will tell you about the Thanksgiving Party that the Lineberry's threw.


When we got there we mostly just hung around for a while. There was Steve, Steph, Bryn, Scott, Beth, Madeline, Larry, Alex, Caleb, and Heath. There were other people there, but I didn't know them. I talked to Beth and held Madeline for a while.



After that we ate. There was turkey, mash potatoes, Mac and cheese, green bean casserole, chocolate cake, monkey bread, cheese with crackers, and chips. There was a lot more like stuffing but I can't name all of them.



Madeline is getting so big! She is adorable!!!!!! I can't wait to help babysit her. It will be so much fun. After we ate I played with Ashton, Alex, Bryn, and Caleb for a while then I just watched TV while Mom, Dad and all the other adults kicked me of the porch while they smoked and talked.



It was one of the best party's that they have had. The best one yet. It seems to get better each year.



Malfunction.

My Books

Hi! Today I will tell you about some of my books. I will close my eyes and randomly pick something of of my book shelf.

The book that I picked was the first Cupcake Dairies book called Katie and the Cupcake Cure. It's about this girl named Katie Brown. She isn't afraid of middle school until she gets there. Her best friend ran of with a club called The Popular Girls club and she gets lonely. Soon she makes a friendships with a new girl called Mia. Mia has a friend named Emma and Katie makes another friend called Alexis and they all become friends. Soon they make a club called The Cupcake Club and people start to pay them to make cupcakes at like baby shower and school fundraisers. That is the Cupcake Diaries.



The next book I got is called Coraline. Coraline is about a girl who moves into an old house and is really board. She finds a locked door and asks her mother to open it for her. Behind is just a brick wall. Later that night she see's a rat go through the door. Coraline decides to follow and is surprised to find her other mother. Every thing was great until her other mother trapped her real parent and is planning on taking Coraline's life as she has done with many other children that have lived in the house. Coraline defeats the evil other mother and the soul's that she has taken from the kids finally rest in peace.



The last book that I picked is Wayside School gets a Little Stranger. Wayside has 30 stories. When the school was built the builder forgot the 19 floor. This book is about the kids on the 30th floor. There new teacher is Mrs. Gorf. Mrs. Gorf turns children into apples. When she has turned all but one student into apples the student held up a mirror and the ray bounced of the mirror and turned Mrs. Gorf into an apple. Lois the yard teacher came in the room sees all the kids and an apple. He picked up the apple and ate Mrs. Gorf. The next day the got a new teacher named Mr. Gorf. They hoped he would thank them for getting rid if his wife, but it turned out that Mr. Gorf was Mrs. Gorfs sun and he was mad that they turned her into an apple. Mr. Gorf took away all the kids voices and used each one of them to call their mothers and tell them they hated them. Jenny pulled a pie out of her desk and started to eat. It fell off of her desk and on to Mr. Gorfs face. He was allergic to that kind of pie and her sneezed out all the kids voices. That was the end of Mr. Gorf.



All these books are really great. Wayside schools the funniest, Cupcake Diaries was the cutest, and Coraline was the creepiest.
