School

School

Hi guys! So today I am going to be writing an update blog on what's going on at school right now. I will update you on both school work, people, and teachers. I'm not sure when the last time I did one of these blogs was but I know it has changed a lot since then.

Ok so first I will talk about teachers. My 1st teacher is English and she is a girl. I like her for the most part she is pretty nice. My second period is computer class. I really like this teacher because we do work for the first half of class and then we get to play computer games after. My third period is French. This teacher is ok. She also teaches Spanish so she likes to bust out into Spanish while she is teaching French but it's funny. My fourth period is math class. I like this teacher for the most part. I like the way she teaches and she helps us. Fifth period I have science. This teacher is probably my favorite. Then again science is my favorite because we don't just take notes the entire class we also do experiments. Sixth period is social studies. Social Studies has never been my favorite class but I really don't like this teacher. He just doesn't really teach us anything we just take notes of the board and he doesn't talk much. Notes are a huge part of school but he could at least explain it to us. Lastly for seventh period I have Home Economics In eighth grade we cook. So this is by far the most fun class of the day.

Now I will talk about work. I feel like compared to eight grade sixth and seventh are extremely easy. Then again we do go to high school next year so they have to prepare us. Anyway math and science are my best subjects. Then French and English. My worst subject is definitely Social Studies. I'm a half a point away from having a B in that class. I have a lot of french homework. We get homework almost every day in that class. I also spend time studying for tests and quizzes that we have almost daily in different classes.

Lastly I am going to be talking about friends. My three best friends names are Sarah, Julie, and Cira. Cira just moved back here early January. So eighth grade has been the best of my middle school years. It's the one with the least amount of drama. There still is a ton of drama though. There have been endless amounts of fights and drug selling at North. When I was in sixth grade there was a knife fight and the kid who pulled the knife for taken away in a police car. This year we have had a chain of drug selling within the eighth grade. We have also had some fights. None of these me or my friends were involved in.

So that has been school so far this year. It has been an ok year. Socially it has been pretty good. It's been ok otherwise. I'm going to miss most of these people if they don't go to the same high school as me some more than others.

The Resistance

The Resistance

Hi guys! So today I am going to talk to you about a board game called The Resistance. We played this game last night with some family friends and I absolutely loved it.

So first you pass out cards and you look at them but u can't show anyone else. If you play with six people there will be two spy's and 4 resistance. Then everyone closes their eyes and the two spy's open them and see who each other are. Then they close there eyes and all at once everyone opens their eyes. Next whoever the leader is gets to pick a team and the number of players aloud in the team is printed on the board. So for the first team you can take two people. So normally you take yourself and someone else but you don't have to be in it.

The group goes and you all vote to secede or fail the mission but you don't know who voted what. The spy's try and fail the mission and the resistance try's to succeed it. If you are resistance you have to vote succeed and if you're a spy you can vote either one. You only need one fail to loose the round. Witch ever side makes it to three wins first wins.

So this game is really fun. It is my new favorite game ever. It's really fun and great for parties. It is kind of like the game Werewolf if you have ever heard of it. I haven't played werewolf but my parents have and they say that it is similar.

So that's all about the resistance! It's a really good game.

Best Parts of 2014

Best Parts of 2014

Hi guys! So today I am going to write about my favorite parts of 2014.

So first I'll start of with going snow tubing. For my moms birthday we had an amazing time snow tubing at a place called White Tail. It was my first time going to any place like that. Next was going to a giant indoor water park for my little brothers birthday. Next is all of our camping trips. I really like camping I think that it's fun unless it gets to cold.

Next I enjoyed my birthday party. It was a really fun outdoor barbecue. My birthday barbecue is an annually kick off of summer. Then of course I enjoyed the summer! My favorite parts of summer are no school and swimming. My absolute favorite part of summer is going to Ocean City we have an amazing time every year!

Then I also really like all of the people I became friends with this school year. When my best friend moved away they took me in and I love them for that! Cira (my best friend) also can back late December. So next and lastly is Christmas time! The whole month of December is fun to me all of the decorations and the happy people and celebrating Jesus's birthday.

So I had a pretty good 2014 and those were the highlights of it!

Grammy's Christmas

Grammy's Christmas

Hi guys! So today I am going to talk about my second Christmas at my Grandma's house. I'm also going to talk about what I got in the mall while I was there with a gift card my aunt got me for Christmas.

So first we went to the mall and spent my gift card. It was for a clothing store I really liked called H&M. I got three shirts there, one was a black shirt that said bisou on it witch is a french word meaning like goodbye in a casual way witch I thought was appropriate since I am taking french at my school. Then I got another black shirt with pink roses all over it and cute crochet at the bottom. Lastly I got a heather grey shirt with a light pink heart on it and the word sweetie written crossed it in black cursive. Then I spent some leftover money I got for Christmas and bought a MAC Cosmetics lipstick in the shade velvet teddy. We also bought some gifts for the people we where going to see at the party.

Then when we got to my Grandma's house we talk for a little while and then opened presents from them. So first I got a Pandora charm for my bracelet. It's called Starry Nights and its inspired by the Starry Nights painting by Vincent Van Gogh. It is a really beautiful. It has blue cubic zirconia's in the back round and white ones shaped like stars in front. Then I got some MAC Makeup. I got paintery paint pot eyeshadow base, an eyeshadow quad by grandma custome made, and brush number 239 a flat shader brush. Then I got three lush bath bombs. I can't name them because the name wasn't on the packaging but they were the white ones. Lastly I got a pair of black UGG boots and they were the bailey button style.

Then my Aunt (Jessica), Uncle (Jonathan), Cousin (Brittany), and my cousins baby (Ramsey) came. My cousins husband (Jason) had to work. So when they came we talked some more and then ate dinner. We had a great dinner and then opened present from and to the newly arrived relatives. I got a pink Aeropostale vest, pink boot socks, and a cute tote bag. After that we talked some more and then left.

I had a great time with my family! This was the first time that I got to see Ramsey and he is the cutes, sweetest baby ever!
