Hi!! This Saturday May 29th I visited my grandparents house. On the way we went to Go Bananas and the comic book store. First we stopped at Go Bananas and I used my birthday money to get two Tinies and a twirler. Tinies are tinny glass animals that I collect. My brother got a cross bow that he tries to beat me up with. After that we went to the comic book store and I bought a super cool Betty and Veronica book. My little brother got a Mega Mind comic.

We also stopped at Target and got my little bro a Captain America shield and helmet.

When we got to my grandparents house we had lunch and we went to see Pirates of the Caribbean in the mall. After the movie me and my grandparents went shopping in Justice and the rest of my family went to shop in Old Navy. At Old Navy my parents got my little bro a Captain America shirt. My Grandparents and I mainly shopped for shorts but we got two shirts too.

Hi! On may 21st I had a birthday party! It was a back yard barbecue. Eight friends came to my party. There were six of my friends. There names were Natalie, Brooklyn, Emily, Bethany, Brianna, and Gissel. The others were Brynn and Caleb. It was from four to six and it was so much fun time went by really fast. Brynn and Caleb are kids of my daddy's friends.

At my party one of the activities were a peanut scramble. A peanut scramble is when a few kids stand in a circle with a small opening. A adult stands in the opening and throws peanuts and candy into the circle and all the kids dive in at it. Another activity we had was Enchanted Art and it is like engraving a picture. One activity we did not get to do was make circus animal balloons.

The two most special gifts I got were a frame from my best friend with pictures of us in it and a giant gardening basket from my friend/ teacher. It had a shovel, a claw, three packs of seeds, a knee pad, a pack of bumble bee gloves, chap stick, hand sanatizer, body lotion, and a book called The Secret Garden. The other stuff I got was fabulous to. I got pink mood nail polish, neon colored nail polish, a journal, pictionary cards, dented colorful bubbles, sunglasses, lipgloss, a neckless, and bracelets.I got a camera from my parents and I got a try pod from my dads friend I got a iTunes gift card and thirty dollars! I also got sprinkles, cupcake holders, and icing. 

Bedford Pennsylvania

Hello! On Friday the 6^th I went to Bedford Pennsylvania. I went to Bedford to celebrate Mother’s day and my birthday. I stayed at a bed and breakfast with my mom and my grammy. The house had once belonged to a chancellor. It was a very old and interesting Victorian house. The people who live there were very nice. The lady that owned the house had a big garden.

At breakfast one day I had eggs and the next day I had pancakes. The Jean Bonnet Tavern is one of my favorite restaurants. We also went in a candy and tea store. It was fun partly because my daddy always makes me drink water and I had soda in Bedford.

We shopped at Mary’s Quilt Shop and I got 4 different colors of fabric. One is pink with a flower design, one is light tan with a leaf design, one is light blue with a snow design, and one is black and gray with a star design. I also got a fabric fish that I could sew together and stuff and I could tie a piece of ribbon on it and it would hold my spools of thread. The last thing I got there was a bunny themed wall hanging quilt that I can sew.

Hi!  My name is Katie!  I am 10 years old and I live in West Virginia. I have tons of favorite music like Break Your Heart by Taio Cruz or Back to December by Taylor Swift. Some other songs I like are Big Night, Boys Boys Boys, and California Girls. My favorite movie is Princess Protection Program. My favorite TV shows are Little House on the Prairie, American Idol, Welcome back Kotter, Icarly, and Wizards of Waverley Place. Two of my favorite comic book characters are Betty and Veronica. I garden with my mom a lot. I watch cartoons with my dad a lot. I play Nerf Swords with my two brothers (sigh).

I play guitar, I love to sew, and one of my favorite hobbies is gardening!  Also I love to write, bike, and draw cartoon characters. I have an itouch and I love to play a game called Angry Birds. Some of my most favorite games to play are Fruit Ninja, Angry Birds, and Light Bike 2. A hobby of mine that I really really really like is photography.

I want to start a blog because I want to learn how to type, learn how to write, learn how to use a computer, and learn how to take great pictures. I also want to share things like crafts, ideas, and my photos.
