Baby Shower

Hi guys, so today I am going to tell you guys about my cousins baby shower!

My cousin Brittany had a baby shower yesterday. She wants the baby to be a surprise so we don't know the gender. We left our house around 12 and went to target to get her a present. We got them a duck bath robe, a duck towel pack, and duck washcloths. Then we had to drive there. It took us about an hour and a half to get there. When we got there we sat and talked to people for a little while. We got to guess wether you think it's a boy or a girl. I guessed girl and if you guessed girl you got a tiny tiara. If you guessed boy you got a mustache. Mom and I both guessed girl but my grandma guessed boy.

Then we played the games. The first game we played was we had to guess how many m and m's were in the baby bottle. I think the number was 338. I guessed 220 so I didn't win that prize. Then we did the price match game where you had to guess the price of the baby item. Being 12, I did not win that one. Then we played the guess mommy's tummy size game. Mine was just a little to small. So I didn't win that one. I was getting desperate. I've been to three baby showers and every time I win something. The last game was a random chance game. They handed out tickets and if you had the number they called you won. There was at least thirty girls there probably more. I heard my aunt call out the number 02. I looked at my ticket and I had won! That was really weird but I didn't complain it was kinda funny. Anyway I won a silver picture frame. I was thinking when the baby is born I would put a picture of them in it.

Next we had dinner. Here was a ton of candy, fruit, sandwiches, and a lot of other stuff. Then she opened her presents. There was so many cute baby things in them. It was kinda funny because when we were at Target we were gonna get her a blanket, but when she opened all the presents, she got that blanket two times. Luckily nobody got what we got her.

I can't believe I'm an aunt. I can't believe I'm gonna have a niece or a nephew. It so exciting. She is due on May 15th but I'm convinced she will be born on May 9th, my birthday.

Update on the Room

Hi guys so today I am going to be doing another room update.

So my room is going pretty well, but not quite there yet. I've hung up a lot of things but I still have more to hang. So first we have my bed. It has changed a little because I took some pillows off of it but that's pretty much all. Next to my bed I have a big dresser. It has a lot of pillows on top of it because I sit on it sometimes. Above the dresser I have two shelves. One holds my owls, my Bible, and a wind chime. The other holds my American doll babies from when I was little.

Next we have my closet. It is pretty much done, but I have to get curtains for it. I have a shoe rack that hold all of my shoes except for my boots because they are so tall so I put them next to it. On the floor in my closet there is also my volley ball. Then I have a three drawer dresser thing that holds my pajamas, my shorts, and other things. Now all my clothes, jackets, and long pants are hanging up. Next I have two built in shelves above it. I have storage bins from Five And Below that I keep extra things in. I also have some books up there, a scrapbooking bin, and my puzzles.

We still have to make the zebra print roman shades for my window. I also have my nick nack shelf up. My vanity is still pretty much the same. Now when you walk in the door I have a bookcase that I keep some things other than books on. If you look on the back of my door, I have an over the door shoe rack. I keep things like lotion, lipgloss, nail polish, and things like that in those pockets.

So that's my entire room but it's not done yet though. The three drawer dresser beside my bed will be replaced with a bigger one.

My Owl Obsesstion

My Owl Obsession

I have an obsession with two animals, owls and zebras. Today I am going to show you how obsessed I am with owls.

I have jewelry, stuffed animals, statues, and puzzles that are owl themed. I only have one piece of owl jewelry. It is a long gold necklace and the owls wings open into a clock. My grandma got it for me about two years ago from Claire's. It's a little hard to wear some times and I don't wear a lot of jewelry but I still like it. Next I have a nick nack. I'm not sure where it is from, I got it for Christmas from my parents. It has triangles on its belly and blue wings. It's super cute and it sits in a little hole on my nick nack shelf. The card says it is a lucky owl.









Then I have two puzzles. I got them both for Christmas also. One is an owl on wood with a pine tree behind it. They named this puzzle silent watch. Then I have another one with orange cartoon owls. I also have three shirts with owls on them. They are from woot.com.

Then I have two stuffed animals. One is covered in hearts and I got it for valentines day. The other I got for Christmas two years ago. Lastly I have statues. They are basically white owls. They are covered in white feathers and they shed like crazy. I got them for Christmas, but the tag said they are from Z Gallery.



So that's it for my owl collection. I have a major obsession and I need more owls!

Massanutten Water Park

Massanutten Water Park

Hi guys! So today I am going to tell you guys about a water park I went to for Alex's birthday.

So my little brother's birthday is next Tuesday and his present was that we could go to this water park. So this water park is indoors and outdoors but since it's winter it was only inside. It was awesome. When we first got there, there was a huge window where you could see the entire water park. They had a big cafe and gift shop.

The first thing I went into was the jungle. It is basically like a huge jungle gym, with water squirting every wear. There was also five huge tube slides. I went down all of them once and one twice. Two of them are pitch black so you feel like the water is gonna fill the tube and drown you. Don't worry it doesn't. There were also two green slides and a white one. Then there was the lazy river.

I spent most of my time in that. I would either lay on it, walk in it, or spin around uncontrollably in it. It was fun and relaxing. Ashton and I raced in it a lot. The only bad thing about this water park is that it ripped up my feet a lot. They really hurt so next time I'm bringing water shoes.

I loved this water park a lot and I really want to go again.

School:The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly

Hi guys so today I'm going to tell you all about school. The good, the bad, and the ugly.

So let's start with the good. First, and most obvious, you get an education to held you advance in your life. Second, you have your friends. Now friends will also be in the bad section, but for the most part they are pretty good. A good friend will encourage/help you do good in school. They also give you there honest opinion on things.

Now let's do the bad. In school a lot of kids will tease and make fun of you. You always have to wear the right clothes or shoes. This is mostly a problem with girls. They can be extremely mean and rude to eachother. Another bad is bullying. Some kids show how they're feeling in how they treat other people. The last bad is friends. Some friends can distract you from what you need to in school.

Then there is the ugly. A lot of people (especially girls) spread untrue rumors about people. They can also get a little attached to people. If that person makes another friend you might feel sad or left out. Especially in middle school. Everyone tells me there will be less drama in high school and I hope they are right.
